We provide private catering services, from freezer cooking to canape events. We try and tailor each job to the client so the sample menu's on the website are just examples and by no means limiting. Robertson catering is changing over to become 'Pan' a Pop up restaurant planning to open as a restaurant early next year. Have no fear, they will still be doing private catering events too.

Worked for Ginger Snap Catering (Edinburgh), YSE Ski (Val D'Isere, French Alps), 'Tangerine dream Cafe' at the 'Chelsea Physic Garden'. Amongst private catering in Scotland and England has also done stages at Tom Kitchin's 'The Kitchin' (Edinburgh), Mike Robinson's 'Pot Kiln' (BERKS), and River Cottage HQ (Dorset). He currently also works at Hunter Gather Cook, and is now part of a new pop up venture GOUT (below)_
